Q. What are check-in & check-out times?
Check-out 10am. Check–in from 11am, unless otherwise arranged
Q. What are office Hours?
7am – 10pm with night bell for after hours.
Q. If I am leaving before reception opens and there is no
outstanding amount on my bill, can I checkout earlier?
Yes, simply leave your key in the letterbox at the rear of the reception
building
Q. Do you have any business Facilities?
We have a fax machine and photocopier at your disposal & most rooms can
access the internet thru laptops
Q. Where can I Park?
We have plenty of spaces on-site (2.6 m height clearance)
Q. What would be the charge for an extra guest?
Our extra gust charge is $15.00 per night
Q. Do you have cots available?
Cots are available and are complimentary
Q. I’d like to use a hairdryer, do you have them
available?
Yes, located in bathrooms
Q. What is your Cancellation Policy?
We ask that you notify us by 4:00 PM (local Sydney time) 48 Hours Prior to your
planned arrival.
Q. I might be arriving after your office hours, how will I
get a key?
This is no problem, just let us know in advance (during office hours) to
arrange key collection.
Q. Are you close to public transport?
Yes, 200 m to bus stop to City
Q. What payment cards do you accept?
We accept VISA, AE, DC, M/CHGE, and EFTPOS.
